When the Item is in stock

Items that are in stock will be despatched within 24 – 48 hours of your order by 1st class post unless otherwise agreed with you by phone or email.

When the item has to be a special order
Items that are special order will usually be despatched within 7 – 21 days of your order.

At busy times of the year (Christmas, Valentines Day etc) delivery times may be longer.

If the item is no longer available
We will contact you within 24 – 48 hours to notify you of the stock situation and agree an alternative product or refund with you.

How will you know when to expect your goods?

We email you on receipt of your order to confirm the status of the goods and to give you delivery details. Goods are sent to you using Royal Mail services. All goods are packaged according to Royal Mail directives for safe packaging.

Postage & Packaging costs within the UK are £3.95 and generally sent by 1st class Royal Mail.
If your order value is over £100 we will send your order by special delivery at no extra cost which means you will receive it before 1pm the day after despatch.

Postage & Packaging costs for Europe, the US, North America, Australia and the Far East are sent by International Signed For Airmal and cost £7.95

We reserve the right to decline to ship to some areas of the world, and currently do not ship to West Africa or Indonesia.
