How to place your order

Choose the size and colour of the item (if applicable).

Enter the quantity required and add to your shopping basket.

When you have finished shopping click CHECKOUT to pay for your purchases.

How to pay for your order
Select to pay by either credit card or cheque.

Enter your personal information and delivery details. Should you have any non-standard requests please use the additional details box.

If paying by credit card online you will be transferred to a secure server where you will be able to safely enter your credit card details. You will be advised both on screen and by e-mail that you order has been successful. Should your credit authorisation fail for any reason you will be notified on screen. Please contact your credit card issuer for advice.

If you selected to pay by cheque or credit card offline you will be prompted to print out your order form.

If paying by credit card offline, phone Nice Surprises on 01760 447463 and give your details.

Please note: Luxury French Lingerie is part of the Nice Surprises Group. Your credit card statement will show your purchase as Nice Surprises.

If paying by cheque, send the order form together with the cheque to:

Confirmation of your order

For on-line transactions, you will be notified of the acceptance of your credit card details onscreen and by e-mail. Your order confirmation number, which helps us to identify and track your order, will be displayed onscreen end the end of the order process. This number should be quoted on all correspondence with us.

Within 24 hours we will email you with, confirmation of the items ordered, stock availability of your order and confirmation of the expected delivery date.
