Refunds & Returns

"Items for refund should be notified to us within 7 days – This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer".

You the customer have the right to cancel your order within 7 days. Where goods have been dispatched within this time, we ask wherever it is reasonably possible, that the goods are returned to us in the original packaging, in good order and at the cost of the customer.

Where goods are being returned outside of the 7 days due to a manufacturing fault that has not been apparent on first inspection, it is acceptable for the original packaging to have been disposed of and the item to have had some use in order for the fault to have become evident.

In these circumstances we would discuss and agree acceptable means of returning items and expect to re-imburse the customer for return postage costs.

In all events, it would be our policy to ensure that as a valued customer of Nice Surprises any dispute would be dealt with on it’s own individual set of circumstances to ensure a fair and effective outcome that offers confidentiality and is resolved within an acceptable amount of time.

Refunds will generally be made by the same payment method as originally used by the customer. It is customary for refunds to be issued with a few days of reaching agreement with the customer and in all events, no more than 30 days.

Made To Measure/Made to Order Garments:
Items that have been made to order, or measure such as Diki and Jane Woolrich garments are not included in our returns policy, and we regret that these items are not returnable, although we will alter them free of charge if the necessity arises within 7 days.

Lola Luna G Strings:
Due to the intimate nature of these garments, we regret that these g strings are not returnable for exchange or refund and advise our customers to order the correct sizes as these mistakes cannot be rectified once despatched.
