In the UK Value Added Tax (VAT) is a government levy added to the price of goods and / or services and the prices on our website are inclusive of VAT.

Clothing / Lingerie falls into a category where VAT is applied to our goods at the rate of 17.5% and everyone shopping
with us from within the EU* must pay the VAT.

Customers outside the EU* however are exempt from paying this tax which means that if you reside outside of the EU
and are having your order delivered outside of the EU, your order will have the VAT removed.

Customers outside the EU* may be subject to duty within their own country, for which we cannot be held responsible.

Once you have placed your order into the basket, 17.5% of the goods value will automatically be refunded from your
order once processed.

As we only charge once items have been shipped you will never be charged the taxed rate.

Delivery will be charged separately.

Example:
Lingerie costing £100.00 and being delivered outside of the EU will cost £82.50 + Shipping at £7.95.
